1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our online store or via approved distributors. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Shipping Destinations
· Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
· International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Please contact us for availability, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times before placing an international order.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Our operating hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8am – 5pm.
- Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales promotions), processing times may be longer.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes (after order processing):
· Local (within major metros): 2–4 business days
· Regional (outside main centres): 3–7 business days
· Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days
· International Orders: Delivery time varies depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier service used (average 7–21 business days).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or customs inspections. We cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and courier rates.
- Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly advertised on our website.
- For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s online portal.
7. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or require collection at a local depot.
- Lost/Damaged Parcels: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with courier claims and possible replacement.
8. Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Certain large or bulky toy items may have restricted delivery areas or require special arrangements.
- Hazardous or restricted items (if any) will be clearly identified and excluded from shipping.
