3. PURCHASING ONLINE

All prices on this Website are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately at checkout.

Products offered on this Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product sold or to refuse any order at our discretion.

Once products are added to your cart, you will be given the opportunity to review your order before final submission. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase in accordance with these Terms. Acceptance of your offer occurs only when the goods are dispatched to you — at which point a binding agreement is formed.

If a product is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, partial fulfilment, or refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.

Ideal World reserves the right to decline, amend, or cancel any order at its discretion. Should we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within the same period.

For schools, allied professionals, and educational institutions, additional verification or documentation may be required before order creation and/or processing. Exclusive discounts or educational pricing, if applicable, may be applied only upon account approval.

4. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

From time to time, Ideal World may run promotional campaigns or discounted offers on selected products.

Promotions apply only while stocks last and within the specified validity period.
Adding a promotional product to your cart does not guarantee availability or reservation of stock.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery is available only within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

Orders will ordinarily be delivered within 7–10 working days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Deliveries are made via reputable third-party couriers. Once dispatched, risk passes to you upon handover to the courier. Ideal World shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage once goods are in transit, save as required by law.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. Changes to the delivery address can only be made prior to dispatch and must be communicated through the “Contact Us” page.

During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or the festive season, delivery timelines may extend due to national courier demand.
